Hairdo is a platform that connects clients with hairdressing professionals ("Stylists"). We provide the technology and platform for bookings, payments, and communication, but we do not directly provide hairdressing services.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• You may not share your account with others
• You are responsible for keeping your account secure

4. Bookings and Payments

When you book a service through Hairdo, you agree to pay the listed price plus any applicable fees. Payments are processed securely through our platform.

• Prices are set by individual Stylists
• Payment is collected after service completion
• Cancellation policies vary by Stylist
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

5. Stylist Terms

Stylists on our platform are independent contractors, not employees of Hairdo. Stylists agree to:

• Provide accurate information about their services and qualifications
• Maintain appropriate licenses and insurance
• Deliver services as described in their listings
• Follow all applicable health and safety regulations

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Submit false or misleading information
• Attempt to circumvent platform fees
• Use the Service for unauthorized commercial purposes

7. Limitation of Liability

Hairdo is not liable for the quality of services provided by Stylists, disputes between users, or any damages arising from the use of our platform. We provide the Service "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
